Summer events programme from May to October 2015

Gosport’s employees and residents, plus their families, as well as visitors, can take advantage of the annual ‘Celebrate Gosport’ events programme that runs throughout the summer.  Highlights include family focused festivals, carnivals, heritage days, plus a whole host of sailing events in and around Gosport.

2015 also sees the welcome return of the P1 Grand Prix of the Sea in July;  the exciting spectacle of the America’s Cup; and the inaugural Gosport Maritime Festival with music, entertainment, food and the opportunity to take part in “on the water” activities.

To bring all the events together in one listing, Gosport Borough Council publishes annually the Celebrate Gosport Guide that is available online and in hard copy.  To find out more view or download the online version via the ‘What’s on’ section of the Discover Gosport website; or obtain a hard copy version at many community venues within the Borough, including the Town Hall, the Tourist Information Centre and Gosport Discovery Centre.

The Council has endeavoured to include as many events as possible but inevitably there will be some events that it did not have details of at the time of going to print.  Therefore please regularly check the “What’s On” section of the Discover Gosport website for the most up to date event listings.
