Skillslabs are staging a series of free skills clinics across the region to support business leaders, start ups and SMEs including one in Gosport at St Vincent College on Tuesday 11 October from 0900-1200.

The overall programme includes topics such as business planning, strategy, marketing, communications, social media planning, sales strategy, staff skills training and development, employee engagement, succession planning, learning and development programmes. 

This session will focus on business planning – the fundamentals but will also touch on how skills training and education can support growth, plus how to start developing a social media and communications plan for your business.
