Gosport based telecoms firm expands and takes on new office

TELECOMS provider Future Communications has taken a new 15-year lease on a property in Gosport as part of its expansion plans.

The firm has taken a 4,000sq ft unit at The Mill, Royal Clarence Marina.

Future Comms has seen demand for its bespoke telecoms services increase significantly in the last 12 months, and has decided to move from its existing location in Unit 4, to a bigger unit.

Royal Clarence Marina is a mixed use development that was redeveloped by Berkeley Homes. The former Royal Navy victualling yard now includes around 700 new homes, business units and offices, leisure facilities, shops and restaurants.

Tom Holloway, director at Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell, said: ‘We are delighted to see the business become the sole occupier of this historic building.’

Future Comms director Joe Stickler said: ‘To secure the whole building was as much an investment decision as a strategic one.

‘We now have a long-term future base which will accommodate further increases in staff and a great location to work from.’
